I can't disagree with any of what you posted. I'm not arguing for leeway.
I'm responding to the post that stated the Jews aren't God's chosen people.

I agree. The Jews who have governed Israel since 1947 are largely atheists.
As Christ deniers, they are prone to evil, and have acted abominably across the globe, as have all Christ deniers. Still, they are God's chosen people, and will ultimately be brought to redemption.

Does that mean we blindly support Israel? No. But, we treat them as we treat all sinners. We pray for them, and for the arrival of God's appointed time.
