I know the purpose of this thread isn’t to have any real discussion, but Louisiana often punches way above its reputation.

I’ve always said LA is a bad state to be middle class. If you can afford private school and a good neighborhood it’s an awesome place to live. Likewise if you don’t care about those things much less paying for them it’s also a great state.
