What does the 2021 season mean to you?

What are y’all looking forward to for your program this year?
8 of you have combined to win 0 outright championships since 1963.
Out of the remaining 6, UT obviously has no shot. AU has a first year HC. That essentially disqualifies them from winning. UF hasn’t defeated UGA and lost less than 4 games in the same year since Tebow was on campus. LSU is a dark horse I guess, but their likely starting QB just broke his arm as they come off a 5-5 season.
12 of the 14 have little to no chance to win the conference. This isn’t a region of the country that believes in participation trophies. Help me understand what y’all are looking forward to?

Yeah, first year Auburn coaches never do well.

Y’all have certainly been the exception, but it seems too farfetched this year.

Only two coaches have had a great first year at Auburn (Bowden and Malzahn), though admittedly that's more than most programs

Do I think Brennan would've been our starting QB? Yes.
Do I think Max Johnson can lead the offense and also add a bit of mobility? Also yes.

It means chanting SEC at all the Leftovers. I know we have an away game at Baylor I'll go to.

Watching Kirby Smart choking again. He always does it and usually in the biggest games. As no other head coach in the SEC or in the country has squandered away more elite talent without anything to show for it more than Kirby Smart.

I didn't because Max had separated himself from Myles both in the locker room and on the field more than two months ago and was going to be the impending starter.
I hate that Myles broke his arm, but he was never going to be the starter in 2021.

Redemption. 2020 was a fluke and I'm looking forward to LSU playing LSU level football again. Also looking forward to actually attending the games and tailgating, hopefully that doesn't get screwed up again.

One thing for sure: UGA will underachieve in 2021.

Only reason I even watch CFB is to see if those "next year" promises made by Georgia fans are fulfilled. So far, not so good.

*9 of you have combined to win 0 outright championships since 1980.

I am looking forward to seeing Georgia fans finding an excuse to not winning the championship this year. :)

The word is that Leach's teams show the greatest improvements in year two, so we shall see.

I actually find that pretty funny.
I don’t have much sympathy for Baylor in all this, which doesn’t go over all that well with Mrs. Zwin (Baylor alum).
