Me and a buddy got to watch Sam throw to the receivers today and they looked great. Sharp routes and throws that were on the money. We were standing on the top row of the bleachers at U-High’s field watching practice while our kids were at baseball camp at LSU.
Then a staff member came jogging over and told us it was a closed practice and we had to leave lol

We’ve been on the road for almost a month now visiting National parks and Yosemite has been the most beautiful so far. Doing the Grand Canyon today before making our way back to Louisiana. So far we’ve seen:
Great Sand Dunes NP
Rocky Mountain NP
Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP
Arches NP
Bryce Canyon NP
Zion NP
Sequoia NP
Kings Canyon NP

How tall is your son? Mine is 10 and a little over 5ft. I bought him one of those Snake Eyes kid sets and the driver is perfect for him.
Think I paid a little over $300 for the full set

I’m waiting on mine to ship. Had a 10% discount code from TM so decided to use it on a 5-GW set with MMT 105s

I’m a big Bettinardi guy so I have somewhere around 8 full woodsets from them. But the newer ones are too snug on most modern drivers so I have a Dormie Workshop cover for that
Honestly no clue outside of asking people in line if anyone has an extra ticket at will call. This is our third year in a row seeing them at Chelsea’s and they’ve gotten increasingly bigger each year. Plus Chelsea’s is a small venue.
The lead singer James is cool as hell. He hung out with everyone after the show last year for a while

Dexter & The Moonrocks? We’ll be there tomorrow night but there’s no physical tickets that were given out
Dardar had what appeared to be a nasty ankle injury but then popped back up a few minutes later
My dad went to LSU in the late 70s. Family packed up and moved to Georgia in 1998 when I was a kid. I told myself I’d be back and I’m the only one who did. Class of 2010, BA in History

Just got back. The whole show was fantastic.
People can say whatever they want. Zach put on a hell of a show tonight. Worst experience all night was the hour it took to get out the old Box lot 404
“I can’t see the f’n light in this thing”
Doesn’t appear to be anything significantly better than my GT2 so I’ll just stick with that

We got in line just before 5PM and probably 6-700 people in front of us. We managed to get one for my son. They’re actually pretty nice

In terms of shape? Not much. Bettinardi BB8 is their Anser 2 shape. Lots of factors though in terms of feel, but especially as you go up the price chain. The higher end BB8s would be soft carbon or DASS (Double Aged Stainless Steel) which is what is used on most Tour Dept and Hive models. It’s their proprietary blend of stainless steel.
And unlike most manufacturers, Bettinardi has a multitude of different face millings to match your putting style. Fit Face and Roll Control Face are horizontal mills and the softest feeling. These work best for me as I tend to have a little aggressive putting stroke

Yep. Heads were produced in California and then shipped to Bob in Tinley Park, IL to be milled. I respect both but find the Bettinardi community much more enjoyable than the Cameron groups
That’s super clean man. I love the dancing Bettinardi cavity stamps. Fit Face & RC are my favorite millings. Perfect feel
Honestly I find the Tour Dept stuff holds value better than the Hive.
Post some pics of it. The good thing since it’s from 2019, is that no COAs were issued for any Tour Dept gear up until the last couple of years. So most of the BB8s and BB0s, there’s no determining factor on its production date due to this

Although my numbers outweigh it, I personally like the Tour Dept stuff to game because they’re more simplistic and not busy. It’s a tough market these days when it comes to reselling. Most Hive models run $1900-2200 and I see guys daily selling them for huge losses
