Just none of this lines up as reasonable behavior. Who the hell drinks 1) someone else's Powerade of unidentified origin/age 2) goes against explicit advice to not drink something and 3) drinks the whole thing down in one chug before realizing something is up?

Has anyone actually corroborated the plaintiff's story at all? Seems like this is 100% being pulled from the lawsuit - and no plaintiff in history has ever exaggerated their claims to attempt to extract a greater punitive outcome.

Also, going to take a wild stab and say the "homophobic" slurs were pretty typical of what most of us who aren't giant babies probably put up with on a semi-regular basis from someone throughout grade school for some random bullshite. Hell, most of us log in here and have random internet strangers call us worse on a regular basis. Doesn't make them ok, but spare me the "send the kid to jail" bullshite throughout this post.

i blame part of this on technology and internet pornography. so many kids using it now. i monitored the hell out of those phones when mine were teenagers. so glad i did not grow up in the age of the internet. lot of concerning shite out there.
