They never involved bodily fluids. Never saw that ever. You must have been duped to drinking seaman if you think it is normal and not a big deal

The plaintiff, a minor referred to under the fictitious name John Doe in the lawsuit, alleges fellow students allowed him and encouraged him to unknowingly drink from a Powerade bottle that allegedly contained Clay Webb’s semen, according to the lawsuit. Webb was one of the top Alabama high school recruits in 2018. He is now a member of the Georgia football team.

Story I have heard is that the kid would drink Webb's Powerade bottle thinking it was funny. Webb kept telling him to stop, and the kid kept doing it, so webb did his thing in a bottle, and sure enough the kid grabbed the bottle and started drinking it. When people found out what Webb had done in the bottle they started teasing the kid and he got his feelings hurt.

Don't know if it is true or not...just one story that is coming out.

Federal lawsuit my arse. Its an ALLEGED high
school prank.Id love to hear about your ALLEGED dirty laundry from your HS days smeared all over an anonymous message board.

You need to get a grip.

It's a lawsuit in Federal court, not some random rumor from Twitter. It absolutely is normal for it be to be here and it would be here for any player on any team in the SEC.

Just going to guess it is hidden somewhere in the thread?

I admit that I didn't read the 7 pages.

Who didn't go to Bama.

Geez dude,I'm sure you woulda been all over this story had he enrolled at Bama.

I'm sorry, are you under the impression that this was posted because I'm happy about Clay Webb being involved in this due to the fact that he picked Georgia instead of Alabama?

If you want to peddle this stuff go jump into the "Athens is Burning" thread or some other nonsense.

I have a friend who is close to the Webbs. Knows the kid well and has interacted with the family for years.

The plaintiff stole Clay's sports drinks with no repercussions for a good while. Clay warned him to stop. He did not, so Clay did what he did into his own drink (that's a important feature here) and, sure enough, the kid stole it and here we are today.

Sounds reasonable. And what a punk bitch "John Doe" would have to be to do that forever and then as soon as it gets turned around on him file suit in court.

Seriously... if this is the story, or close to it, sounds like the plaintiff may be on the hook for a countersuit on the basis of defamation of character and bullying of their own. Very interdasting...

Absolutely

I mean if someone tells you not to drink something, and then someone else tells you that bottle you found on top of a locker is a week old, are you going to drink it?

Whose fault is it if you drink it?

I mean...you know it isn't yours, but you take it from somebody else and drink it? Then you want to say, "It's their fault I stole their drink and drank it and it was contaminated!"
"i should be able to steal a Powerade from anybody i want with the expectation that is is a good drink, and if it is contaminated they should pay!"

not really. That's pretty much how it happened...at least that is what we are hearing. Hopefully the truth comes out. In spite of all the vitriol that comes out on here, I think most people honestly want justice to be served. At least most people do.

How the frick did they know their was semen in the bottle?

It was the white cherry flavor. My nephew plays on the team (had nothing to do with this). I'm shocked it has taken this long to come out. Kirby definitely knew because he was suspended a couple games for it. I'm sure he had to ask coach Herring at the time what the deal was.
