I never claimed to be a smart individual

I had not read this report. Earlier reports didn’t go into details. Either way this is a sick joke.

But I thought the joke was to let someone eat/ drink something then afterwards tell them they ate/ drank “whatever” (piss, shite, etc) and watch their reaction, even though they had not consumed “whatever”, before telling the person it was all a joke.

Hoping this was just a joke that got out of hand but this is why some kid show up and shoot the hell out of a group of kids. No way a joke should have gone on long enough to force a kid to transfer schools.

I have a friend who is close to the Webbs. Knows the kid well and has interacted with the family for years.

The plaintiff stole Clay's sports drinks with no repercussions for a good while. Clay warned him to stop. He did not, so Clay did what he did into his own drink (that's a important feature here) and, sure enough, the kid stole it and here we are today.

This is a nothingburger IMO. But more learned legal scholars than I may feel differently.

Seriously... if this is the story, or close to it, sounds like the plaintiff may be on the hook for a countersuit on the basis of defamation of character and bullying of their own. Very interdasting...
