Not sure how it is in other states but the first question a teacher is asked by administration when something happens is “ Where were you when this took place?” If not present and he didn’t know what was going on he will probably just get a letter in his file. No big deal. If he knew and did nothing then he could have a problem. All about supervision of the kiddos.

The exact same thing happened in my locker room in highschool 13 years ago. Powerade bottle and all. The dude didn’t drink the whole thing before someone told him.

Yea - I don't have any experience with drinking jizzy water, but I have seen the substance before and I would think that I would notice something was different after about 2 seconds of drinking the water.

Never drink from any source if you don't know where it comes from or if you don't break the seal yourself
The exception is if it's during a game and the trainer or assts give you a water bottle to drink from
If you have to ask 5 times about a beverage, then use your common sense and get one yourself that you can trust
How can there be a lawsuit based on 2nd hand heresay , where the evidence has been swallowed, did anyone see the semen being deposited in said bottle
