In the old Big 8... Missouri was considered the worst place to go in the conference outside of Colorado...
In the Big XII they moved down to third or maybe fourth because Texas Tech fans were awful and K-State fans got bad when the team got good.
I like COMO and the campus...and never had any trouble myself at all. But a lot of fans of other teams complained about Mizzou fans.

I have to agree here. It’s not the students or alumni because it’s a really good school. It’s the sidewalk fans. But for the most part as a 55 year old I’ve been treated well at visiti g stadiums. Mostly because I grew up with us losing. LSU and especially State fans are the exception. They hate us and don’t recognize educated fans who just love the experience. Threats and throwing objects come to mind. Shouldn’t happen but we all have sidewalk fans that embarrass us all.
