That 50 year mortgage would be less than a rent payment.
It would for a very brief period of time before the market adjusts to the massive amounts of new buyers able to get approved for a (likely government-backed) 50 year mortgage. That's the problem.
We need to either increase supply or decrease demand, this would increase demand and drive prices even higher imo

Simple. Take 30 year mortgage instead of 50…..
That'll go great now that you're competing with all the buyers who have 50 year mortgages.
It's not simple, unfortunately, and your "solution" already exists today in the form of 15 year mortgages.

UGA has a solid record and beat FL by 4. Good job.
If you're hyping up your 5 point win against a "motivated" LSU, you have to hype up our 4 point win (with a knee on the 1yd line) against a motivated Florida

Agreed. Couldn't Trump also veto any tranny/illegals funding in there too since Congress would have passed it as law??

No joke, will always remember MESA club from college. They went on & on about scholarships for women & minorities. A white guy actually had the balls to ask "what about scholarships for guys" and was told that "we're not really offering that for you"

It's not that Trump is immune to criticism as much that for every time he genuinely f's up there about 20 more times where he "f's up" according to propaganda pushers that are nowhere to be found when their story falls apart
Trump isn't perfect, but he's earned a ton of benefit of the doubt

she can't work anymore from being shot in hand and chest? why
Why do your questions sound like they're coming from the 6 year old?
Bullets leave scars. They cause nerve damage. A lot of people wind up in wheelchairs from the shrapnel. They will frick you up.
And tell me how much you enjoy being in society after a 6 year old shoots you. She probably wants to stay in a bunker.
You can't realistically say she's been "made whole" just because her 5-10k hospital deductible was paid.

Wouldn't they have insurance for this?? TBF $10M is larger than most policies but a school system is a large entity with a lot of potential liabilities

LMAOOO you should've seen the UGA boards in 2022 when he announced he was coming back
quote:
how do you defend UGA's loss
I just put on the red & black glasses & it's easy
But seriously, I would argue that making your first start with an entire offseason to prepare as the #1 QB is different than having a few weeks to prepare.
It's also different as far as pressure - he was not stepping into a sudden-death playoff matchup & the coaches know this, they can gameplan more conservativly knowing there's a whole season left to play. Defensive coaches are probably not holding any secrets by the time the playoffs get here. I think CB & this year's more experienced version of Gunner Stockton would be able to recognize a lot of what ND did & make pre-snap adjustments to limit their effectiveness.
There's also the "feeling" side - UGA has earned a lot more benefit of the doubt compared to ND because they've been a lot better in the last decade+ and have a lot more big marquee wins in that time period.

You obviously don’t realize it, but your livelihood depends on the government, too.
Why are you arguing that government workers are the same as private sector? You should be arguing why they're different if they deserve some kind of exemption
Imo this is a risk you willingly take on when you sign up for government work. It sucks, absolutely, but it's reality. Just like some industries are boom & bust with economic cycles, government work booms & busts with the political cycle.

You do realize the problem with this thinking? Both sides think they are the "good guys" and the other side is the "bad guys" that must be stopped.
I've seen this point & don't think it's as limiting as commonly believed.
Even blatant criminals often believe that they're justified, righteous, in the right etc. But it hasn't stopped society from setting up laws for thousands of years.
Is this different in your opinion? And if so, why?

And probably another QB or two.
That would be 5 star #1 overall recruit Justin Fields who would arrive in 2018.
Eason did end up transferring after 2017, but it makes sense at the time why Stet went to JUCO for a year imo

A little trivia...
-UGA VI was the largest UGA, weighing a whopping 65lbs
-UGA IX served as interim, then permanent mascot & is the only UGA with some brown spotting on his coat.
-UGA X "Que" is the winningest mascot in school history with a record of 91-18.
Go Dawgs!!!
He definitely looks like little bro compared to the original UGA.
From what I've heard, the Seilers have been working on strengthening the genetics after UGA VII & UGA VIII passed so quickly. Need to get back to this:
