Florida, LSU, and Auburn get to another level that none of the other places get to. Those 3 at their peak are the best.

I'd agree with this. I would put Tennessee up near that group as well. Florida and Auburn have that voodoo where even if they aren't great, they'll get someone at home. LSU is as raucous as it gets when they're motivated. Tennessee can also get extremely rowdy when they're motivated.

Davis Wade is more annoying as a fan than an opposing team. The impact the cowbells have on the actual games is overrated (as evidenced by an atrocious historical W/L record.)

It is has to be Texas and A&M running neck and neck. Win, lose, or draw at the end of the game you are still in Texas.

When was the last time UTranny won a big game at home against a good team?

L to LSU in 2019

L to Alabama in 2022

L to UGA in 2024

Yikes.

BDS should be number 1

Alabama has lost 3 games at home the last 10 years.

I am biased but this is very accurate, it measures the venue by how intense the patrons make it for the opposing team

WHICH IS HOW THESE STADIUMS SHOULD BE RANKED IN THE FIRST PLACE

Op depends on whether it is 2nd half and fans are leaving. I would not classify baton rouge as a particularly tough place to play in 2025.

Contrast with Kyle Field where zero fans left despite being down by 27 to south carlina at half time.

Too much credence to the quality of the home team

in terms of fans, layout, fervor, atmosphere, intensity, it's fine but nothing to write home about compared to the venues ranked above it

Neyland too high. Probably 4th or 5th based on my experience.

It will be interesting to see what Faurot will be like now that it's fully enclosed.

Similar to a Friday night Texas HS football game. The only thing tough about playing at Mizzou is the 11am start and cooler weather.

Insane record.

And Alabama has a winning record playing AT all of the "toughest places to play"...with only Jordan Hare even being close.

But they can't let Bama be tops in EVERY SEC football category lol.
