The on the field officials will still have the final say, but then what SEC ref has the balls to go against the League office? But hands down the game will be better now as his hands will never touch another flag. Not that bama ever had to worry about that.

They did but at this point it's more fun to let LSU fans cry about it unimpeded and For Bama fans to embrace it. It makes the melts that much better.
