I think I’d much rather LSU own if he has some form of developmental issue. Will Wade could use any good PR.
Other than that, it’s pretty odd to have a student manager flipping across three schools just so he can ride out the 15 minutes of fame that ended 18 months ago.

He was a ball boy at McNeese. He picked up recognition during their March madness run for walking out in front of team with a boom box. The boom box company gave him an NIL. He got nickname Aura.
He followed Wade to NC State. That lasted a couple of months and he ended up going back to McNeese around Christmas.
I don’t know if he’s a student manager, full time manager, 45 years old or autistic. He schtick seems played out once NC State told him to kick rocks.

This was also in a time when smart phones didn’t exist. You waited for Borne to announce other scores over the PA system. You couldn’t be a degenerate gambler from your fingertips. It was just you, your people and the game being played in front of you. Those times unfortunately aren’t coming back.

Pregame- the stadium lights drop to darkness and then go to purple. Smoke billows out from the locker room and team comes out to voodoo child (NWOesque) and then cuts to band.
End of first, Boosie set it off.
End of 3rd, band followed by calling Baton Rouge.
LSU doesn’t need to use country roads or any song by the killers.

There won’t be tickets available for Clemson, A&M, Bama and Texas. LSU will hold those in house up until last minute.

Numbers should only be retired if a player wins a Heisman and a national championship.
