After I tried my arse off to catch a state champion track guy that beat an angle I had on him near the line of scrimmage at the 20 yard line and chased him for 80 yards on a football field as he gained separation like I was standing still. I think he beat me to the endzone by 30 yards and I was still sprinting
Worst and funniest film session in my high school football career. Guy roasted me all night. I wasn't slow, but really average. This guy was blazzzzzzing. He rewinded and replayed it maybe 20 times.

Coach once told me the 2 most important letters in the alphabet are M & P.... and in that order.
M is for mental. Be prepared
P is for Physical. If you're prepared you won't have to think about the physical part because you will just do it without thinking.
