Yeah but we really really mean it this time
This is how we know you’ve never tried a case before or have any substantive knowledge of legal matters…..do better.

I hear they’re handing out temporary injunctions like candy these days so looks like you’ve got a good shot at getting your demand ??
I'm in the same boat. I don't think i'll ever stop watching but it's lost some of it's luster for sure.

Fair point, and not saying that couldn't happen. All i'm saying is that there is more of a legal basis to enforce NIL than there is to challenge the old rule of sitting out a year after transferring.

I don’t disagree at all. Somebody/entity can sue a toaster. Doesn’t give it merit. There is no constitutional basis for “the right to transfer” but there is a constitutional basis for the right to be compensated. Huge difference.
However, by not getting ahead of the inevitable, the NCAA allowed the title wave to hit with no guardrails, which it exacerbated by changing its transfer rules (essentially creating unfettered free agency) at the exact same time because "we were all in this together."
This 100% No one understands these two incredibly transformative issues. 1) the NCAA knew this was coming with zero plan in place and 2) there was zero reason to change the transfer rule - none.
Nil was required by law, the transfer portal was not. The transfer and sit out a year rule could be reinstated and solve a lot of current issues.
A complete failure of leadership on both fronts.

“shite gibberish” is cracking me up and you may be right.
All I’m saying is: take the blue and white glasses off man…LSU will be a better program because of Wade. How much is a debatable point.
I think Wade will have LSU as a regular contender in the tournament. You stated, that doesn’t worry you. As an annual conference foe I think you should be worried. No?

Truth is, you wouldn’t be responding in this thread if you weren't worried.
Truth is, Wade makes LSU better and beats Uk this past season when Uk needed a prayer to win.
Truth is,Uk cheated like every other school that matters (and I guess even those who don’t).
Truth is, unfortunately Uk isn’t the flagship of the SEC in basketball anymore - that rotates between Uf, Bama, and Tennessee and an Arkansas or Auburn here and there. Uk is still always in the mix but not like the past. I say unfortunately because I like having an SEC blueblood in the major sports and pulling for that program (except head to head) as that makes our conference better.
Truth is, LSU now re-enters that arena with Wade. And if you’re not “worried” about that then you’re just blind to the truth.
So TBH, you just don’t want to admit the truth.

I’ve heard from more than one Bull Gator that Stricklin sucks…perhaps it’s the woke admin above him or both but they’re holding uf back from their potential
I’ll never understand why Woodward couldn’t stand behind our guy like other major programs (Kansas, Arizona, Duke, UNC) And no it wasn’t to protect the football program or because of the underlying grounds (all of the major programs paid players and even to a greater extent). Anyone have any real inside info on why Woodward totally screwed this up?

Yorke has a lot of talent and, therefore, had considerable hype coming into the season. The second a player like that strikes out or duffs one in the field, emotionally immature vaginas take over the board.
Well, yeah. Seriously.
I think playing a Sec schedule week in and week out is more difficult than playing a big 10 schedule week in and week out.
If you want to make the argument that the big 10 provides a more difficult road to the playoffs - have at it. But I don’t buy that.

Good Lord son, I’m talking about the regular season schedule. Week in and week out the SEC is a tougher gauntlet than your average big 10 schedule. Come on, don’t be that guy.
Keep living in fantasy land nerd
Ok, now add the schedule into that analysis. Sec and Big Ten are not the same.
