LSU vs the Black Bears, early 70's Tiger Stadium. LSU won pretty handily & post game we were walking back to our car. Out of nowhere 5-6 drunk LSU fans were jumped & beating the crap out of a Black Bear fan. BRPD rushed over, pulling the LSU fans off the arse whipped Black Bear fan. Who was handcuffed after struggling to stand up. He was screaming at the cops, why why why???. One big ol' Officer replies : "you are charged with instigating a riot." The LSU crowd standing watching broke out in laughter & cheers.

And when the fan's wife, grandma, and kids came to pick him up at the police station the BR mayor hit him with piss balloons and said "not in our town, bitch!"

I was at that game. For the first three quarters, for us Auburn folks, it was terrible. I spent more time watching the LSU dancers than I did the game for the first three quarters.

But that fourth quarter…. Wow.

This was unreal at the time. Ole Miss had dominated the game, and State made a furious fourth quarter comeback to tie it. We were headed to overtime when ...

It's either LSU vs. Ole Miss 2009 where Les Miles completely mismanaged the clock as time expired, or the Piss and Miss in 2019 where we scored the game-tying touchdown with seconds left and proceeded to miss the PAT because Elijah Moore lifted his leg in the endzone

Honorable mention: LSU vs. Ole Miss in 2023, 55-49. So many points, so many yards, ZERO defense, and a game-winning drive late in the fourth quarter orchestrated very well by Dart and co. Dart had 439 yards and 5 touchdowns, and still wasn't the best player on the field that night (Jayden Daniels had 513 all-purpose yards and 5 scores)

A scantily clad mother and daughter dancing with each other like lipstick lesbian strippers at a LSU tailgate.

Anywhere else it would have been rather shocking. But this was LSU so it was totally normal.

1990 Tennessee vs Bama. Tennessee was ranked top 5 and bama was struggling with first year head coach gene stallings. Johnny majors had a classic majors game and we ended up trying to kick a game winning field goal. It got blocked and rolled all the way to the opposite side of the field where bama kicked the game winning field goal. It was terrible

The Birmingham police vs. the Alabama students who tried to run onto the field after the 1985 Iron Bowl. I was only 8 but I learned that night to never try that.

The piss and the miss egg bowl. That whole game was crazy but the ending was something nobody could have scripted.

1995 Arkansas at Alabama. Arkansas won on a last second TD catch with 12 players on the field and the guy who caught the winning pass seemed to have trapped it. It was wild, Arkansas actually had 12 players on the field for the last couple of plays, the stadium was going crazy, the Alabama coaches were going crazy on the sidelines and the officials were still completely oblivious.

It was infuriating to us Bama fans at the time, but looking back, it was pretty damn funny and set up 30 years of what to expect from SEC officials.
