Is this where you pretend you don’t understand that millions of people tuned out and watched alternatives to the Super Bowl due to the political aspect of this Bad Bunny guy?

quote:

Me and my son Slade streamed the latest season of Landman for the 6th time instead of watching that woke DEI crap

And millions of others did as well. And that’s the problem. This guy is highly political. Is it fair? I don’t know. All I know is people see him through ths prism of politics. That’s just a fact. And like everything else political, half the country is on one side and half is on the other. By having him as the halftime show, all the NFL accomplished was to ensure roughly half of its potential audience would be pissed off about it.

Let’s be honest, the top demographic for watching football is men. And most men either aren’t really into those acts, if they even know who they are.

I mean, let’s be honest, how many of us had even heard of this Bad Bunny guy before it was announced he was Super Bowl halftime act? Yeah, he’s popular in Central and South America. But most people in America had no idea who this dude is until very recently.

Wtf is a Nat Guard doing with and AR-15?

None.

One of two things is happening in this story:

1. The reporter is oblivious to the fact that the military uses the M4 carbine and not the AR-15 rifle, and that there are very significant differences between the two.

Or

2. The reporter is aware of the difference between the M4 and AR-15 but is calling it an AR-15 so to preserve and further the leftist narrative that says the AR-15 is a “weapon of war.” If this reported had correctly identified this as an M4 carbine, they would also have had to explain the key differences between it and an AR-15, which would expose the the leftist lie that the AR-15 is a military weapon.

Our school pizzas in north Alabama had Italian sausage (or something similar) on them. Lunch was $1 and for an extra quarter you’d get an extra pizza. Those things were freaking awesome.

Well, can you honestly say the OP isn’t right? Bama played an ineligible player that had a direct impact on the outcome of multiple games, including the one in Auburn Saturday.

There was something oddly satisfying about prying the lid off with a spoon.

What does it say about HBCUs that one of their alumni can’t even name the three branches of government?

And why does it say do it the people of Charlotte that they elected a sheriff who’s unaware that the executive branch of government exits

Take her by the college of Charleston for a similar city vibe with less blue hairs (unless we're talking about little old ladies in downtown Charleston.....)

I’m going to try to steer her toward Jacksonville State here in north Alabama. It’s a good in-state school, nice campus in a small college town. And it’s only about 45 minutes from the house.

That’s what I figured. I think what’s piqued her interest is we took her to Savannah for a long weekend a year or two ago and she fell in love run the city. She’s not into the leftist blue-haired thing, and I want to keep it that way.

I’m taking her to tour Jacksonville State here in a couple of weeks. I’m hoping that’s where she ends up.

Can anyone tell me about SCAD?

My daughter has been accepted at the Savannah College of Art & Design. Other than the fact it’s in Savannah, Georgia, I know nothing about this school. Is anyone familiar with it and can you fill me in on if it’s worth looking into? FWIW, she’s wanting to specialize in marketing.
Standing up for Puerto Rico?

For what? Is someone or something threatening Puerto Rico? Is Puerto Rico threatened with an invasion? Annihilation?

And how is he “standing up” for Puerto Rico? By singing? Like there was something threatening Puerto Rico in some manner, but then thanks to the singing of Bad Bunny this threat has been defeated?

I gotta say, I like this song by Kid Rock.

I miss the good days of generational talent headlining the halftime show.

Are there any generational talents left?

I mean, if you look at it honestly, who are they? Where are they?

Where is the Prince of this generation?

The Michael Jackson?

The Stones?

Skynyrd?

Elvis?

They should have just retired the Super Bowl halftime after that.

The Bad Bunny show has much more baw energy than this lady singing

Then why are you in this thread?
