It most certainly was unethical

I think he was hired to help the high unemployment rate in S Alabama of young women. Gonna be a lot of employment opportunities for these women who aren’t too particular about who they “socialize” with. Good old Auburn. Always looking out for the good of the community

The same people outraged literally voted for a man who raped Tara Reade, showered with his daughter and pinched a minor's nipple and a VP who turned a blind eye to pedophilia in the Catholic church as the San Francisco DA.
So frick those unabashed hypocrites and their faux selective outrage.

So, what's the big deal if Freeze may have bought some hookers for players or recruits or himself?
Are you justifying hiring sex workers for MINORS? These parents entrusted this man to look after their underage kids and you don’t see anything wrong with that?
This isn’t your buddy hiring a stripper for your bachelor party when you’re 27, these were children.

There's zero evidence Hugh hired the hookers for recruits. This came from a guy who was a lawyer that investigated the case for Ole Miss.

The cell phone records with calls to the escort service came to light because of FOIA requests from the attorney for Houston Nutt, not Ole Miss attorneys, in Nutt's lawsuit.

I don't condone what Freeze did. But, if you think what he did was out of the norm you know nothing about big-time athlete recruiting. It's not right but hiring prostitutes or using female campus host student groups as de facto prostitutes for players and recruits is a normal practice.
It's a practice that was normal years ago but is less accepted now.
One of the reasons Jim Donnan was fired was distaste over what he did with "Georgia Girls" in UGA recruiting. It was a bit of an open secret on what he did and while it was tolerated when he was winning big, when he dropped down to 8-4 it was a big part of the reason he got let go.
It's pretty much a no-go everywhere now. Jim Donnan never worked again as a football coach for a reason.

The DM at Liberty is total BS. The hookers was real. He has paid for his sins. If I disassociated with every man or women who cheated on their spouse, I would lose a lot of friends.

I don't believe I have an option to forgive a sincere apology. I am compelled to do so. This is my understanding of the Christian principle at the near-center of our lives. But what I do and remember after I extend forgiveness, as long as it is ethical, is up to me. I can forgive and forget, I can forgive and not forget, but I shall forgive.
It's fine if you want to forgive someone who sexually assaulted a child if you believe their remorse and desire to change is for real.
It's another thing to hire them as a kindergarten teacher after you forgive them.

I'm a Bama fan but that's not important right now. This is about values and being consistent. The left wants to deem sex work as legitimate work. So, what's the big deal if Freeze may have bought some hookers for players or recruits or himself? Next thing. The issue with the Liberty student. That issue took place before Freeze was at Liberty and is over legally. Sure it was bad judgment for him to contact the woman but he did nothing illegal or unethical.
For the men who have an issue with Freeze. You best believe leftists hate you just as much as any other heterosexual male.
I'm delighted Auburn stuck to their guns and hired Freeze. Grace and redemption are real. People who think you are to always answer for mistakes are non-believers in Jesus and they can kiss off.
You simply don't know what all that man has done. Period.

So your big Christian stance is it’s ok to hire prostitutes for underage players which is illegal to lure recruits to your school which is against NCAA rules and itself cheating. You need to study Gods word more if this is your take on all of this.

you ignorant frick. Players and assistants filed complaints that he was mistreating them..You have to investigate it..They did. Rest of the crap was stuff you mouth breathers and pig wives started.

No it isn't, not everything bad is because of liberals.
The fact is that this is all about perception and what might reflect poorly on the university, and how much Auburn cares about their reputation vs how desperate they are to win football games.
Leave politics to people who know better.

And? He is an adult and employee of the university. It’s the problem with social media everyone has to have an opinion and share it

I think the whole issue with what you are saying is that Freeze has to live in the past. That it does not matter that it's never happened since.

Jesus Christ himself told the woman to go and sin no more.
Do you have evidence to suggest that he has done this again?

Well it shows. Every single person out there is a sinner and even the phony ones deserve grace and mercy. Even the ones that continually make mistakes. There is only one person out there that will judge you and his judgement is all that matters.
Hugh Freeze is a phony POS l.
