Because it justifies with their obsession over Israel politically, Biblically there is no justification unless you take a bunch of liberties and apply it to current events

It’s all they have to defend themselves, emotions because logic left them decades ago

We don’t have anti ballistic missile batteries littered throughout the US and on all military bases. Where did you learn that we do? Weapons are in storage

The US has never consistently proven they could target and shoot down more than a handful of missiles at once which is something continually ignored. One or two missiles that we have advanced warning on, probably but that is extremely unlikely to ever happen

25 submarines couldn’t shoot down a group of ICBM’s regardless of where they are located and that is the issue. Russia wouldn’t launch a single missile and neither would we. There is no defense against it
re: Who believes in miracles?

Define miracle. If you are asking if I believe a person could walk on water and not be Jesus? No. I absolutely believe things happen that aren’t easily explained away like surviving a bad accident or injury. Being cured of a disease that most don’t survive or avoiding impending doom.

Everybody believes in magical cures until you actually get cancer and then you realize there is no magical cure

Agreed! We should put a box on every paycheck that lists all the ways tax dollars pay for free healthcare and education for illegal immigrants and free loaders that the Left loves to champion. I am all for transparency!!

Are you seriously trying to argue the Left didn’t rally for this past election? They hate Trump more than they “like” any other candidate
re: ‘It is full blown crisis already’ farmers say

Of course farms get subsidies to grow corn for ethanol and yes 1000 acre farms are smaller than massive corporate farms but those corporate farms aren’t singular farms in many instances. They are 3-4 large farms consolidated under a corporation to produce said corn for said corporation at the expense of the corporation which receives subsidies that they pass on to the farmers. And no, most farms in America are much smaller than 1000 acres especially in heavily populated states.

They can and do but subsidies come with strings attached that most small farms aren’t large enough to produce a tangible amount. Meaning 25 acres of corn for ethanol isn’t enough to waste the equipment on but 500 or 1000 acres is

Let’s get a couple of things straight: the American farmer did this to themselves a long time ago when they became reliant on subsidies that the small farmer doesn’t get to farm corn and soybeans that the market doesn’t need or want. I can understand that they are upset but again it is self inflicted. Small farmers like my dad were pushed out of the market by corporations and now we are paying the price
re: ICBM Nuclear Missiles

There is no defense against the multiple stage rockets that go into orbit unless you shoot them down at launch which would be extremely difficult. We don’t really have an effective defense against most ballistic missiles if launched in groups. Less than a dozen or so, maybe? Even that is very debatable unfortunately

True story: a lady came into the ER about 15 years ago, maybe longer, with an infection. We see infections all the time so I didn’t think much about it when I read her admission file. However, when she took her towel off of the wound I had never seen anything like it in books or clinical’s up to that point or since. It was a form of resistant staph but much more aggressive and advanced. It had already eaten its way to the bone in less than 48 hours, assuming the original wound wasn’t deeper than she described but it was difficult to discern the origin. They immediately prepped her for amputation but it was too late. She became septic and died a few days later. All from slipping and cutting her leg at work, she had two young kids. I will never forget the look on her face. She knew and it was a look of defeat
