Observations...
Ohio State should be #1, but they are being punished for losing their starting QB.
Miami needs double OT to beat an unranked team at home and they go to #1?
ND at 4 is a joke. If you have a 2 game schedule then you get punished harder for not winning them.
Alabama at 13 is nothing more than Alabama privilege.
Northwestern too low at 24, just because their name is Northwestern.

Polls are done by name of team, not actual performance.

Tennessee lost to Texas and you claim Texas should be unranked and that Tennessee should be ahead of Georgia because Georgia lost a rival game against Auburn.
And you think Alabama, who has likely played the 2nd toughest schedule in the country right now doesn't belong in the top15 because they lost games to a top5 teams and what you think should be a top10 team, because 11th is too low. Meanwhile, Alabama has a blow out win over Kentucky which you think should also be a top10 team.
That is some of the dumbest shite I've ever read about rankings.

Our entire body of work is arse.
We have beaten Kentucky.
And we have 2 losses.
Theres hardly even any good teams left for us to play.
LSU and Auburn are the only two shots we have left and they play eachother next week.
You are stupid as usual.
Alabama had played the #3 toughest schedule in the entire country going into the Tennessee game. It's likely increased to #2, but that also depends on how team strength has change. I doubt we pass #1 Arkansas.

How the hell is Florida ranked above Mizzou?

How the Hell is Missouri still ranked ???
That wasn't a close loss, it was a beatdown !
As much as I hate to say it, I saw a lack of effort from my guys !

Don't worry. DeChoker has at least two more losses in him. He'll make the LSU, A & M and Auburn games all nail biters and possibly losses.
Will lose to A&M, then blow doors of Tiger Stadium. Per Norm

Notably, the SEC only has 3 top 10 teams, which is a likely a decent barometer for how many teams we will get in the playoff and there’s still plenty of time to whittle that down to 2 teams.

I'm glad Auburn won, but I'm going to have to get more similar output before I think we should be ranked. We have looked awful at times this year. I think yesterday was the result of us being rested from the bye week, Georgia being gassed from Tuscaloosa, and for whatever reason both our offensive and defensive lines just didn't look anything like they had in the prior 5 weeks. Now, we beat LSU and I think we are in the 16-17 range.

Cognitive bias is real.
Anchoring, heuristics, availability.
Which line is longer?

UCLA proved they are a really good team winning without Nico
I dunno... the only ranked team they played isn't ranked now (Oregon) and the only remaining team (USC) is a year end rivalry.
The challenge with a lot of these teams (BYU is another example) is they only play 1-2 ranked teams a year, while most of the SEC is a gauntlet... as we witnessed yesterday.

I get it. I think with Nico they would win a playoff game

Texas beat the team that beat you
By double digits and beat the likely big ten winner.
We also haven’t been blown out (unlike bama) and both losses are by a field goal.
I think we are finally about where we actually are

You keep saying tough schedule but we have to eventually win the games. We have lost against both top 10 teams we played. Tennessee should easily be top 10.
Our only games against other playoff teams and we lost.
Strength of losses is stupid. Win the damn games.

That might be the saddest top ten we’ve had in years.

So why did ga not drop so bad but Texas did alot further drop I think these two teams should be closer together

Just give it a rest poser. Your shtick was up long ago.
Bama falling 7 spots after losing to a ranked team on the road is fair.
Auburn is 4-2...just beat #1 on the road...and absolutely should have been ranked.
