The Texas A&M game is bigger for us than this past week’s game. If we drop two in a row, even a close one, at home, our playoff chances are over and we really do become frauds.
I think the defense bounces back because they played the best QB they’ll see all season and even had success against him at times. Offense is a question mark. Leavitt needs to make better decisions.

fricking A. That was a dude playing chess. I have never respected him more. (I don’t think he’s a particularly good coach.) I even thought it was a stupid idea in the moment then when someone pointed out he wanted to stop LSU from winning on a two point conversion on the other end I realized what a great move it was.

The transfer portal opens up their possibilities a lot more than in years past. Ole Miss isn’t going to be competing for national championships every year, but they have always had a way of attracting some really great players.

I think overall we are taking the loss pretty well because our fans are a little more knowledgeable of the sport than most and understand the long game. We have the luxury of watching three different coaches build championship teams and one almost do it twice. We know these things take time but my biggest takeaway from last night was that our team and coaches will never give up no matter how dire things look. That is a breathe of fresh air for this program.

Trust me, there’s really nothing y'all can do to get to us (minus the few goofballs every fanbase has that live to be upset). I felt pretty good after that game and it was nice seeing other LSU fans being so positive about the loss. I’m laughing at myself for some of the things I said might happen in that game. :lol:
