We played those shitheads in the Houston Bowl in 2003…Navy’s first bowl game since 1996.

In the '70s and '80s Southern Miss had the best team in the state most in a lot of seasons.

All this is is a PR stunt and I would do the same thing if I was tech.
They know acu and tx state wouldn’t agree, they know this isn’t just a money problem, and they know changing games this close to the season would never happen. So they can throw out whatever outlandish things they want without providing any details of how these schedules, buyouts, agreements from all parties, etc would be required to make this a reality.
