Smith was named the 2009 Big 12 Freshman of the Year and earned second-team All-Big 12 honors... He finished his Missouri career with 79 total tackles, 23 TFLs, and 14.5 sacks

I'm no lawyer, but wire fraud is usually federal. I assume it's a federal judge.

I'm not a poser, he's in law enforcement. Apparently betting on sports game you are involved in is some kind of RICO violation as well as Wire Fraud. I mean, Iknow it's illegal (see Jontay Porter). I guess he can't play if he's in jail ¯\_(?)_/¯.

They approached us, we listened..and declined junior membership, after assurances from BIGXII officials that texa$$ and deloss were gonna cool their heels. Don't rewrite history..Colorado was already gone...and you dipshytes were already griping about not getting the world handed to you money wise. Please stfu about it for future reference...wear your cone of shame with pride...and I cannot wait for the SEC to send you packing...in just 2 years..you've managed to piss off almost everyone with your off the field stuff...

Go back and watch that National Championship game between SC & OU....I did a few years back...literally future NFL studs on every play, both teams. OU was no slouch that year...the system did suck back then, but SC and OU might have dog walked you that year.
