LSU doesn't want to acknowledge the fact when these cross-division hookups were started in the 90s, they were the token scraps fed to the Spurrier Gators.

My point went way over your head, Rocky Top. The conference needs alignment and needs to do away with permanent cross-divisional opponents. They also need to go back to home-and-home with cross-divisional rivals. There is no reason Missouri should not play in the Western Division and no reason why Auburn should not play in the Eastern Division.
