Just finished it. I thought it was excellent. I’m a big Luther and Line of Duty fan, and this is right there with those series. Matthew Goode was fantastic, but the guy that played Akram stole the show.

My 11 year old got my mom to buy him some X brand banana sliding mitt. The damn thing cost $85. Add that to his Bruce Bolt batting gloves. I think he wanted them just to wear it in his back pocket.

One of my favorite movies. This scene is one of my favorites. It’s not one of the very quotable scenes, but it’s just damn good.

I'm guessing it will be Mo D and Stevenson on Flagg. Duke will definitely try to run Bama off the 3 point line, so good passing and few turnovers are key. I like their chances, but it is going to take a full effort from start to finish.

My oldest son is on the spectrum. He’s a brilliant kid. Most people wouldn’t notice unless they are around him a lot. Even my parents don’t completely understand, but they’ve seen the stemming and the sometimes awkwardness. People haven’t seen the meltdowns and the isolation that comes from not being neurotypical.
I still don’t understand the day to day that my son faces. He has a perfect ACT score but he would give that up to be able to relate better to his peers. I find that him knowing about his differences helps him, so I understand Bella Ramsey wanting to know about her diagnosis. I’m also happy to see her step out there to show that people on the spectrum can achieve success in fields that most people wouldn’t associate with people with that diagnosis.
