UGA class of '77... Some of the best years of my life. Basically grew up and became a man in Athens Ga. Lotta shite learned and experienced that can never be taken away.
CFB is just... different imo.
NFL is OK but will never be the same. Kinda feel sorry for peeps up north that didn't have my youth, Falcons are ok but will never be like a Saturday in Athens... JMO

Griffin I think they'll get it in. I live down here by Gulf Shores in Bon Secour. This thing has ticked east since yesterday. Was coming in right thru Gulf Shores, now it looks like Ft Walton Beach. We'll still get hammered for a bit but most is headed to Florida panhandle and north. Tuscaloosa looks clear and windy by game time according to James Spann...:cheers:

Opals did quite a bit of damage when it came thru the far western side of Atlanta. Carroll, Douglas, Cobb counties and northward. Seems like it was tropical storm+ the night it plowed thru our area lol...

Live in Bon Secour and am a James Span follower. His last update bout an hour ago had winds in eyewall bout 110 about 50mi off coast down to 105 about 25mi off coast and making landfall at 87mph directly at GS/OB.

If you're in Fairhope check out the flight destinations from Gulf Shores on Alligent Airlines.
Ther have direct flights to 10-12 smaller cities,like Appleton Wisconsin, Nashville, all i can remember now. Lol
