The last World Cup hosted here was a catalyst for my interest in soccer. So it feels like a full circle experience for me as now I coach my two daughters who are very interested in the sport.
That said I’m completely apathetic towards the USMNT because I know it’s going to be a struggle to get out of pool play honestly. US Soccer needs a complete overhaul from the ground up. That includes youth development to the top. Currently, just like travel baseball, it’s a money making business focused on winning and not development. Until that changes, nothing really changes.
I was hoping to be able to take my family to see a real international soccer match. I’m not able to fork out $12k to go see some shite match. FIFA has really gone overboard this time.

I did two carnival cruises when I was much younger and didn’t have kids.
I have told my wife. I will travel almost anywhere you want, but a cruise is completely out of the question. Unless it’s one of those high end yachts where it’s me and 10 other people, no chance.

Districts were gerrymandered several year ago to be set along racial lines so they could have a majority black district.

I can tell the majority of posters in here have no kids.
My youngest has hers soon. It’s special for her. I’ll be there to make her feel special and create those memories. If you’re a father and you tout the “I ain’t coming” you should do yourself a favor and let someone else raise that kid because you’re a huge piece of shite.
We told family they can come if they want. It’s not mandatory. Some of you frickers are some insufferable miserable assholes.

Maybe they sustain themselves with the guests during the busy season but I rarely see or hear of anyone dining out at these high end hotel restaurants

I say drink what tastes good to you. I know wealthy people who drink mainly $10-15 bottles of wine because that’s what they like.
I could also give you about 5 bottles of wine under $30 that are probably better than bottles that are $70 and up. Anyone talking about vintages etc that are under the age of 60or stupid wealthy, is just an a-hole unless your job is sommelier.

I think he means different evaluation of portal talent. There aren’t enough guys taking coaching and trying to be better. Remember all the best hitters over the CJJ tenure could hit the ball oppo for power. Hell almost all of Crews and Whites homers came opposite field for the most part.
