Traveling to San Antonio next week with 2 kids (8 & 6). Spending a couple
Nights downtown and a few out in hill country.
Any recs on restaurants in downtown/pearl/hill country area? Probably avoid fine dining but open to most things. Kids aren’t terribly picky.
Also any fun things to do in the downtown area aside from the normal tourist riverwalk stuff.

Bruce Pearl doesn’t want to coach again. If he did he would have never left Auburn.
It’s looking less and less likely Wade will leave a school where basketball is #1 on the totem pole.

Id go find an energetic young guy that can excite and recruit but also be a great X’s and O’s guy.

Jay’s issue isn’t much to do with rev share and roster funding. It’s with facility upgrades.
It’s time to start serious fundraising for a major renovation to the box. Too many poor architectural choices were made to the new box, most with cost cutting involved. The measly little 3 million that was spent doing the baseline seating and bullpens was nothing. We need to be dropping 50ish million on a serious renovation to the outfield (party deck) and adding chair backs and coverings down the baselines

An architecture selection committee chose the firm designing it. They met with the decision makers and had their first representations soundly rejected.
Students and others were allowed to publicly voice their displeasure with anything publicly released but the were in no way shape or form, part of the design process.

Never approve that transfer to make him eligible though. They wouldnt approve Stewart although he tried closer to the season.
I doubt he transfers to UHigh or anywhere for that matter. I think he sticks at BM or ends up at IMG/Karr

The old library isn’t going anywhere for a long time.
It’s going to be costly to demo and rehab the space. That building will likely house overflow space for displaced departments as new buildings go up.
It took like 10 years to demo Kirby smith after it was “obsolete”

Honestly I’ve had nothing but good experience with Firestone. They tend to always hook me up with discounts and they’ve done some free work and only charged me for parts on a few more serious repairs.
