LMAO! WTF are you talking about?

From one random year and it was like 4 years old at that point and not really verifiable.

Of course it was from a "particular" year.Dud you want multiple links for different years? Pretty sure it's was a annual survey...regardless,even if not exact numbers it still gives you a far better metric than taking the entire population of the state and shoehorning it to a tiny percentage of males 15 to 18 years old who participate in HS FB
.This logic escapes you for some reason.

I didn't make the graphic.

But you posted it to make some sort of point.

Would you be happy if it said the last 20 years? That is essentially what it is. Does the RD stand for Real Dumb?

You have to take into account the population of each state.

For instance, while the Texas population is 30 million, the Louisiana population is only 4.6.

That means Texas has over 6.5x the population of Louisiana, yet LA has more than 40% the number of NFL players of Texas.

Louisiana has a lot more (4x) players per capita:
0.00008 - Louisiana
0.00002 - Texas

Per capita rankings for SEC:

0.00012 - Georgia
0.00008 - Louisiana
0.00006 - Mississippi

0.00005 - AL
0.00004 - SC
0.00004 - FL

0.00002 - TX
0.00002 - AR
0.00002 - TN

0.00001 - KY

Would be interesting to see position break down by each state.

Really amazing how dominant NDSU's been at the FCS level for a decade.

Let's compare per capita, with African-American State Percentage and see if there is a trend.
quote:

Per capita rankings for SEC:

0.00012 - Georgia / 31% AA
0.00008 - Louisiana / 31.4% AA
0.00006 - Mississippi / 36.6% AA

0.00005 - AL / 25.8% AA
0.00004 - SC / 25% AA
0.00004 - FL / 15.1% AA

0.00002 - TX / 12.2% AA
0.00002 - AR / 15.1 % AA
0.00002 - TN / 15.8 % AA

0.00001 - KY / 8% AA

Now subtract the 11.4 million Mexicans that live in our state. I doubt any has ever went into the NFL.

Wow Texas blowing Louisiana out of the water in yet another statistic.

Im guessing you are too dumb to look at per capita?

Texas has 25,145,561 residents
Louisiana has 4,533,372 residents

Thats 5.5 times the people of Lousiana

Yall have 898 players
Louisiana has 373

So with 5.5 times the population you only have 2.5 times more people from your state in the NFL...

Thats pretty sad honestly

I’m kind of shocked that New Jersey has so many. I can’t think of any players from there nor do I remember there being that many top 100 recruits from there.

NJ quietly produces some decent talent and has for quite some time. A lot of those guys historically went to Penn State.

For the third time, no one records how many participants there are playing high school football in a given state in a given year.

You can't seem to grasp and understand this.
