Threw a complete game and made it look easy. There aren't many pitchers who can go the distance without walking anyone like he just did.

He has had Tommy John in the past, but his other injuries were really weird stuff (line drive off the finger, falling off a bike, etc...) and not arm related stuff.

He seems like a really smart guy who knows exactly how hard he can push himself.

Stevie Wonder could have watched last year's team and seen that the offensive struggles were so much more than just injuries, but it seems like AA's thinking was "well, everything that went wrong in 2024 was entirely because of injuries, and getting Acuna and Strider back will fix everything."
