I'll be curious to see what the area outside of the stadium looks like when all of the renovations are done. If Shad Khan is pumping this much money into the project and having his family live in the penthouse of the main building, you can bet your arse some promises were made to clean up the ghetto shittiness in that area. I'm amazed it has taken this long for anyone to decide to do anything with that riverbank area.

This might be our saving grace for the season. No one looks particularly great so far.
My God, Auburn is terrible though. By the end of the season, we'll look back at that loss as one of the most inexplicable losses any team has had in the last 10 years or so.
It's not Notre Dame losing to Northern Illinois bad, but it really isn't far off from that. LSU is working Auburn like a cheap hooker today.

Braves have to make a decision whether or not they'll try to keep competing with this core or try competing with the next wave of prospects coming up. Won't be able to do both because we'll have to trade from one to help the other.

IMO, another major issue with the housing market is mortgage lenders approve loans that are entirely too much. Yes, it is absolutely up to the homebuyer to not borrow more than they can afford to pay off every month, but when I bought my first house, I was approved to borrow up to 5x my annual salary for a mortgage. That's insane. If I had actually borrowed that much, there is no way I'd have been able to make the monthly mortgage payment.

No, the bigger problem is we have large parts of every single metropolitan area in this country that are uninhabitable for young white people. I've said this before in this site, but just imagine how much it would help the housing issue if places like the south side of Chicago weren't the equivalent of an African war zone.
