Im sure of some that but … that’s a long drift to achieve, no? There isn’t a way to progress the drift faster that I’m aware of.

I can’t do walk rides, jumps, anything to get to odd places on free roam. But I can 1st place every race on every cup.

I went ahead and changed HDR setting to Compatible Software Only, and also sidebar changed the battery life setting to stop at 90% as I kept reading that everywhere. I read to the contrary that if you used it docked a lot this setting is good - imagine we're going to primarily use it docked but I do not see this setting hurting either way you play.

Putting on my amFilm screen protector and ivolar protective shell case today after work. Switch 2 spent 5 days naked.. :speechless:

I’m under a Family Plan Membership ($79.99 one) a friend got and every time I launch the GameCube, 64, SNES, etc tiles on Switch 2 I get the message “Checking if the software can be played.”

My account is the primary account as I confirmed in the eShop (fiancé has other account she made).

Am I getting this message because I’m under the membership and didn’t directly purchase it myself or is this just normal? Doesn’t do that for Mario Kart which came bundled with my system and is attached as a virtual game card to my account.

Supposed to have a Switch 2 party at a couples' house Saturday. Another couple is likely to be there with their two rambunctious and rowdy kids - he's getting a non-MK Switch from the hosting couple. I'm getting the 2nd of two MK bundles from the host and they have the other.

Paying him Thursday and bringing ours home tomorrow, but do not want to take it to the party. Those kids are a menace and I just know with all the MK that will happen the joy cons will get passed around and I'll end up with the ones those kids manhandle all night.

What would you all do? I like keeping my stuff pristine and in good condition as long as I possibly can and I do not want my $550 Switch 2 joy cons scuffed and manhandled right off the bat.

I plan to tell the host ahead of time tomorrow my reasoning so I do not have to have a weird conversation with the other guy/dad ahead of the party saying anything. I'll be too anxious/nervous the whole time if we bring our Switch. :lol:

I believe we'll have 6 joy cons in total though given the hosting couple's old set which I understand can be paired with the Switch 2?
