1. The Carolinas have cows and pigs....lol
2. You're implying the best meat comes from a processing plant.

It’s your style of que mixed with potatoes. Looks like shitty chili. I’m sure it tastes fine, but I’d rather have my bbq taste like smoked meat. Not in a paste form.

Hash isn't BBQ, it's a condiment served over rice.

Beef is not bbq. When you grill out at home that is not a bbq unless you're grilling pork.

Do people actually think this?

Pork BBQ has to be covered in sauce for a reason.

Good brisket you eat without sauce.

Just like USCjr fans pork BBQ has to be covered in lies to be palatable.

And this is why aTm doesn’t fit in to the southeastern conference. Texas is not a part of the south.

Damn straight. The only region in which Texas fits is “Texas.”

Brisket is for Jewish grandmas to make on holidays.

ETA: I Bleed, Alabama white sacuse does have mayo in it. I was a skeptic at one point but it reigns king in terms of smoked whole chicken.

2 cups mayonnaise
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup prepared extra-hot horseradish
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
2 teaspoons prepared yellow mustard
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

You've never had an Alabama White Sauce? Some places serve it on a brisket sandwich. I have done it with brisket and Ciabatta roll. It's not bad.

I am doing some beef short ribs today. Just salt and pepper and several hours on the smoker. No need for sauce. Not even sure if sauce wouldn't ruin it. I like sauce (Cattleman's) on pork and chicken though.

Ehh, never had it on anything but smoked chicken and occasionally a smoked turkey.
