The current story is that Guice sexually harrased a senior citizen while touching himself in 2017 and that Orgeron called the victim to ask her to forgive Guice because he was a troubled child. This is after Orgeron told the investigation firm that he never had direct contact with the victim. That part has nothing to do with Les Miles and if it is somehow proven that Orgeron called her then lied about it, that is cause for termination IMO.

I don't think Orgeron is going anywhere. I'm pretty confidant that he runs a clean ship, but there is definitely a little concern regarding his predecessor. Things will have to play out so we can see what may or may not have happened. To be honest, I think it's a bunch of nothing, but in these days of being led by soy boys and social justice warriors, there's no telling what happened or what may come of any investigation. Right now, I don't believe a goddamned thing that comes out of the media on any topic.

Could definitely see him let go. The NCAA, Title IX and FBI are still investigating.
On top of a toxic locker room being racially divided because of Orgeron's tone deafness, and now the PR nightmare of ignoring victims of your players...not only could Oregon get fired, it's likely.
Even if he makes it to the season, there's a very real possibility LSU is 4-4 going into the Alabama game. Doubt he makes it then. If his off-field indiscretions doesn't lead to his firing, the LSU fan base will turn on him and use that as an excuse if he loses more than 3 games.
