I literally changed channels when they went down 27-13. Game over. I flipped back at GT had the ball w 7 seconds and I was like WTF?!

To answer your question, my wife who I’m pretty sure was tired of watching football by noon yesterday couldn’t stop watching either. OT was like a heavyweight fight, just body blow after body blow.

Hell of a comeback by the Dawgs. Second time yall have done that this year (although first one didn’t work out as good). If I was a Dawgs fan I’d be feeling pretty good about my team’s moxie. Congrats

It was a fun game to watch. You'd be hard pressed to find
a more inopportune fumble than the one by GT in the closing minutes.
Of course never know but without that cough up , it's likely
Tech's game. I never feel fully satisfied with any game that goes into
overtime. It's like the real game ended and now begins the crap shoot ,
where somebody will luck out eventually. Guess there's not a better way though.

Missed Targeting call on Kings fumble

The fact that you think a tackle on a runner where the defender puts his helmet on the ball is a targeting tells me all I need to know about your dumb arse.

hold on UGA drive

A missed holding call? Oh shite call the President. Welcome to the SEC.

Everyone is gonna feel that way. Especially fans who have a team in the playoff or hoping to get in the playoff. No one wants UGA in there. If there was any way to get Ohio or Oregon out, 99% of fans would be all in on that as well.

It was tough to see GT coaches choke it away for the players

-Prevent D w 3 DBs injured when up 2 scores

-abandoning the RPO until OT7

Kirby absolutely feasted on Key and Weinke in OT

It felt like an NFL game. There were just enough judgment calls and no calls in the 4th quarter to give the team that was supposed to win a chance to win.

Name one. Refs were totally in Tech’s pocket.

A tired movie that everyone has seen thousands of times:

Underdog team gets a nice lead; favored team looks like they're gonna comeback, but then underdog team makes an answer.

Then underdog team predictably plays prevent, thereby allowing mid QB on favored team to look like Tom Brady. Underdog team then predictably chokes by fumbling and gives the ball to favored team. Favored team gets a PI, then scores a tying TD. Underdog team chokes further by giving the ball to the favored team with three seconds left, but favored team does not score on a Hail Mary.

Underdog team plays scared in OT by not going for two, but understandably so, since underdog team went 1-6 on 2PC in the OT's. Underdog team gets multiple opportunities, but chokes.

Everyone knows that favored team is gonna win because the underdog team is too mid to close the deal.

I agree with your take, but a shortened version of it.

Underdog team gets nice lead, plays prevent and lets mid QB look like a GOAT. A couple of calls go the favorite’s way (particularly that weak PI call). Goes into OT, underdog essentially buckles under the pressure and can’t make the closing play.

It looked exactly like a team that was looking ahead to the SECCG. Now watch Georgia wax the hairs off of Texas' dick

Great game . UGA had a lot of errors . Felt like ga tech used OUs gameplan vs Bama and pushed UGA around a bit . Think ga tech wore down late . UGA got stronger .

Didn't care who won when the game started. By the end of regulation, I was hoping Tech would overcome the blatant cheating referees putting their thumb on the scale.

Hate to see a good game get destroyed by such obvious chicanery.

To me it went like this:

Georgia is going to win
Georgia is still going to win
Georgia is down but they'll probably get some calls, so they'll still probably win.
Georgia got the calls.
Georgia wins.

Dawg fans have absolutely nothing to say about the phantom PI call on 4th and 3 (tipped pass too) or the thug personal foul on King that would have given them 1st and goal. Either likely would have iced the game. It’s just a pussy fanbase that wouldnt actually say shite to anyone’s face but rather just say “melt”. I mean these are grown ups that bark at people. What do you expect?

It had me into it and vested for some reason. Despite me hoping it would be GT to win (sorry) but since it had me thoroughly engaged I consider that a win in today’s college football. Epic ball game. GT were warriors. Georgia just a little more talent.

Entertaining.

Georgia has more talent than anyone, and appears to have almost no hunger. They could beat anyone if they cared. Lot of plays it appears they take a break. Beck is overpaid, by a lot. Kirby has to play psychologist with him constantly. I think they are going to be much improved when he's gone.

Tech found a way to lose. Make a short FG and they win in regulation. This is what I expect from GT.

The embrace from coaches at the end of the game was pathetic and weak. GT coach should have been fuming. Looked like he was crying.

I thought it was David vs Goliath and Goliath barely escaped. To us outsiders, Georgia should have won by 3 touchdowns in the 3rd quarter.
Given what Vandy, Tulane, and Tech have done this season, I see a trend where rich schools are going to be competitive.
