looking forward to the competition of the SEC but the idea of rubbing shoulders with poor southern people makes my skin crawl

At least you admit that Texas is not part of the south and neither Texas nor Texas A&M should be members.

LOL. Ever been to Crockett or Palestine or Longview or Jasper or Freeport or Victoria or to most Texas small cities/towns? Texas is definitely full of "dirty" Southerners.

Why won't the SEC provide a better location for Vol fans to abuse alcohol?
I thought the butt chuggers already had this addressed.

The hospitality suites always had beer, air conditioning, etc. when I used to attend.

General admission has always been for the "pours".

Texas isn't south. It isn't South West, Mid West, Pacific North West, New East, etc. Texas is Texas. We're our own thing.

Why are you not bringing a mustard bottle in?

Why should I have to be the one to remind you?

Your complaining about have the ability to buy a cheap ticket and watch baseball? Forget watching your team lose, it’s baseball.

it's a shame for all the new-to-the-sport UTK baseball fans like this one can't have nice things you outlined -

the biggest injustice is the Walmart 2 miles from the Met won't let UTK fans ride the scooters over to the ballpark -

The League coaches have repeatedly voted, unanimously, to keep the tourney there. They like its similarity to Omaha. LSU has won the tourney title a record 12 times, to go along with its 7 national championships, another League record. As opposed to the Vols' records in both. A coincidence as to whose fans are crying about Hoover?

Yes, i drive to Forth Worth two separate weeks every year and have stayed in Tyler and Longview a number of times. I am well acquainted with east Texas. It is not the southeast..

It's actually a nice area with new restaurants. Very easy to come and go from the tournament without having to deal with downtown parking crime, or peddlers.

lol, it's clearly a place for southern college baseball fans to bring their kids for a couple days. What were you expecting?

Pray they don’t move it to Dallas. Empty highway stadium with nothing around walking distance.
