LSU has never been more aligned from the Governor to the School President to the coaches to the ball boys. LSU is fully in control of everything it does.

Despite the statements/jokes on here, I think there would be a pretty good revolt of fans from all SEC teams if they kick LSU out.
Honestly, no one really wants that, despite what Ole Miss fans say on here.
Would be a massive loss for the conference.

Yes there would be. Kicking out a founding member and top 3 brand in the conference would have major negative consequences on the conference and its other institutions. I hope Lane keeps the pressure on. He’s playing within the rules of the current system and it has only become a problem with him for some reason
