I have used beef tallow and it the roux came out great. Used the oven method.

Agile was the best imo, plenty of styles other than just IPAs. Heard the owner was not good at running a business however.

Used to be decent. Now it is straight garbage. It's closing down locations because the food sucks and if it's anything like the one in Prairieville, the beer sucks. I say that because they don't clean the lines properly and their draft beer tastes like shite, no matter what you order.

In the video, at 17:13, that is the foreshadowing play that will haunt me. Bama didn't quite get it there, but 365 days later that play was a kick in the nuts for all time.
