The lawyers have evidence that other SEC schools contacted these players before LSU did.
This won’t make it to court. This will be a huge black eye for the SEC.
A settlement will be reached and NDA’s will be signed similar to the Astros and MLB. SEC can’t afford for the truth to leak.
This posturing is Sankey’s attempt to measure dicks with Lane Kiffin. It’s personal because he’s worried he’s about to lose his job after the embarrassment he made of himself in court last week while Lane and staff are laughing and celebrating big wins.

I would also include other schools in the lawsuit if I were Greg.
To think that only one school out of the six that I know of, that added players, that only LSU encouraged lawsuits is not likely.

WJOX in Bham just said Ross Dellenger of Yahoo Sports is reporting the SEC member will meet Thursday to decide if LSU is to be expelled from the conference.

I would love LSU in the Big12. Closer to where I live and easier path to the playoffs. Biggest thing also is that LSU can sue the SEC on the way out..

This is nonsense. I know it is a bluff but if the SEC expelled LSU, the B1G would swoop in.
