And it was the opposite for Tech/tu? In your situation, you were the good guys and tu the bad guys? Foh

Never say never!
We moved to the SEC to get away from our little brother and I'll be damned the little twit followed us here!

f OU ever ends up with a constant OOC rival, I would hope it's Nebraska a thousand times over ever playing OSU
I always wanted Bedlam to continue as we all have family that are fans of both teams. Since osu is gonna be petty and not want to play us I would love for the Nebraska game to come back for Thanksgiving weekend every year.

This

I hope we play Nebraska more in the future but I don't want the same OOC opponent on our schedule every year.
Good riddance to the pokes. Hope they NEVER end up in the SEC if there are future expansions.

If they do it will be endless fun abusing them and their coach about it.

This is UT a&m all over again. One side is going this say it’s the other side refusing then the other side says the same. No one can prove anything.

I wonder why?
I mean SC still plays Clemson, we play GT (Down right now but has been pretty good in the past) and several other SEC teams including us play tough OOC opponents. LSU, Alabama, Auburn, Tennessee, Florida all play tough OOC opponents most years.

I'm okay with NIL because it is un-American for someone to not be able to profit from themselves.
I'm okay with the transfer portal.
However, rivalries are part of what made college football so special.

OSU: "I can't believe you are leaving and killing the series"
OU: "Oh, we would love to keep playing!"
OSU: "All that history just gone"
OU: "But...we just said..."
*OSU slowly walking away*
OSU: "Just so sad. Can't believe it"
OU: "WE STILL WANT..."
OSU: "What a shame"

You big12 cucks are something else (including you Midnight Yell). Just because you’ve joined the SEC doesn’t mean you need to drop your tradition instate hated rival. Florida has kept playing the Noles for 50+ years. We’d have a lot more potential natties in the 90’s if we did not have to deal with Bobby Bowden every year. South Carolina plays Clemson etc
Be better, it’s shameful.

There is no A&M App State series
You’re correct it’s not a series. App State is batting 1.000 against you.

All you have to do is read the athletic directors statements.
OSU AD- “(Playing Oklahoma) presents logistical issues under our current (scheduling) structure,” Weiberg told McMurphy. “We don’t have any openings to play them. We’re full. Unless there are significant undertakings to make the game happen, it can’t happen.”
OU AD- “Oklahoma State has shown no interest to schedule any future games in football, so we’re moving on (with filling OU’s future non-conference openings),” Castiglione said in The Action Network’s report.

I was talking about schools that play each other EVERY year.
I heard Mullet Gundy speaking on the radio about this rivalry impasse they have. It is like Texas/Texas A&M and Missouri/Kansas.
People let butthurt get in the way of rational thinking. They got their feelings hurt and don't want to play with you anymore. Sounds like a bunch of junior high girls.

They don't actually read anything. They just talk out of their asses and fill in the blanks with their own version of events. It's comical....
Okie lite told us they would be busy washing their hair for the foreseeable future. We aren't going to chase them around asking if they want to come out and play anymore. That's the end of the story.

They will play again. OSU will just pout for 10 or so years like KU did when we left

I think this impasse will be resolved. OSU relies almost totally on the OU game to sell season tickets in the years that OU plays in Stillwater. You can't get a single game ticket to the OU game. You have to buy season tickets.
They may get a short term bump by the hosting the new teams in the Big XII. But ultimately, not playing OU is going to hurt them at the gate.
