What did Manziel do in 2012 that undermined his case for the Heisman?

The early signs of him being a self-destructive douche were there, but his antics were being managed by the coaching staff.

There was his shirtless mugshot after getting arrested pre-season.

And the Scooby Doo Halloween drunk thing was a few days before the Mississipi State game that he, per Kliff Kingsbury, showed up to extremely hungover and smelling like booze.

But it all was swallowed up by his remarkable on the field performance .

Y'all act like it should come natural to a Vandy player to act like they've been there before.

It's on the head coach. How in the world did Johnny Football get on the sidelines in Tuscaloosa? Entitlement is a condition that has exhibited numerous symptoms with this QB all season. It's okay for these head coaches to play the role of mentor and advisor and help these guys avoid digging their own graves too quickly.

NIL and the portal have turned head coaches into glorified babysitters.

Yup. Dude shot himself in the foot.

Especially when contrasted with the class act of Mendoza.

How to win friends and influence people. I wonder how much that outburst will cost him in the draft.

Vandy was easy to root for, Pavia was not. I hope he doesn’t end up with the Stallions.

If they really imagined he would be gracious in losing, they were obviously not paying attention to him at all. There was very little gracious or classy about the guy (or his family) since he got the national spotlight.

I’m kind of surprised that they’re just realizing that this is the kind of person Diego Pavia is. Maybe he took it even further last Saturday night, but this is the person he has been.

Amazing how assholes like Pavia and the whistler can make people hate Vanderbilt of all SEC teams.
