32-year-old Rhamell Burke was seen grinning in court after allegedly carrying out the horrific murder.
The victim, Ross Falzone, was a social worker for children with special needs.
He was rushed to the hospital and died from a head injury.
According to the New York Post, Burke was in court just five hours after the incident for a completely unrelated assault.
He was able to walk free because no one recognized him.
Burke has since been arrested and was seen smiling in court.

I have a buddy who we have vacationed and camped with their family for over a decade, who had an a1c in the teens and now is mid 5's and sugar blood levels 100-110, he lost 74 lbs and off 3-5 different meds. He is working out to offset the muscle loss, but it changed his whole life. He is taking mounjaro I believe. You can see more confidence and a healthier dude. I'm not going to shame folks if it can offer results like this.
The strain obesity has put on healthcare costs is astronomical. When we would camp he didn't like the hikes and rarely went. Now he is walking and hiking.
