Maybe. But, then again, probably not. Texas has fairly low k-12, but two pretty highly ranked flagship universities.

If your theory were true, the Texas schools would suck, but they don’t. Therefore, k-12 is likely not a major determining factor.

Nonetheless. It’s still good news for Mississippi

That’s what it looks like.

Anyway, looking forward to Georgia v Texas. I think Georgia takes them down. The dogs are tough at home
I don’t really see what this is telling me.

Why bring in the state universities to that chart?

No one with any sense would consider Ol’Miss on the same academic level of Texas or Texas A&M.

But congrats on k-12 I guess

Georgia.

Texas has not shown they can beat a formidable opponent at their place.
Yup. In the end, all this is just business.
Oh I can comprehend. Just surprised as a fan you are enjoying a coach taking advantage of your school like that.

Guess you are into that kind of stuff.

quote:

We knew the plays because we study film and their QB was telegraphing at the line.

“We”?

I think you mean “they.”

You don’t play. You don’t study film.
Are you an idiot?

Who do you think is writing his checks right now?

Ol Miss may end up keeping him, but they are going to pay for the privilege.

The distinction of blue blood is pertinent and relevant to any one game being played at on any given Saturday.

It’s three pages of you complaining about it. There is absolutely nothing anybody can do about it.

So. Yeah. I’m sure.

Go to bed.

You are letting another teams modicum of success and having a little more attention get under your skin way too much.

Playoffs will sort this all out.

A&M’s SEC schedule has been favorable.

Now what?
Gawd how bad is their law school?

They really should have thought about that before they burned their whole state to the ground

This is a really funny way of complaining your team shite the bed against FSU.

Just another part of the symptom of BAS.

That was a flash in the pan with the fools gold Jimbo.
I was giving credit for the 80s and 90s. They had some success. No nattys, obviously, but some strong teams that won a lot.

Yup. Just be X-0 in either the Big 10 or the SEC and thats all that matters. Get there however way you can.

Unless tougher OOC games are HEAVILY favored, it probably doesnt make sense to do them.

You run into the phrase "but XXX team is undefeated, how can one rank a one loss team above them?"

The way it is now, it makes more sense to just schedule as many cupcake teams as possible and hope you dont fold when you play a real team.

ESPECIALLY, if you aren't a blue blood. Blue bloods tend to get more benefits of the doubt when they have a loss. The other teams (like A&M) will get dinged much harder.
