REALITY check (team talent) in SEC

Using overall team talent metrics, there are 5 teams in SEC that have a chance to make the championship game.
Texas, LSU, Alabama, Georgia, A&M
The COACH metric is important. All 5 coaches have proven weaknesses.
People need to realize that i "I think," "I believe," "I feel like," "(your team) is going to do good this season" has absolutely nothing to do with how well (your team) will compete this season.
What (your coach) did is group of 6 has nothing to do with big ball league. The rare coaches who moved up and did well are far, far out numbered by Abysmal failed, failing, and mediocre.
Because of the NIL shifting landscape, rivalries, payback, loyalty no longer matter when you have 20 or so returning players and or 2-6 Four year players.
Go ahead and fill the board up with "i think " and "I feel like"

Pretty sure the majority of coaches flame out, no? Most of them also don’t start out as HC, no matter the level.

I find it really hilarious that your thread is pushing the, "You may have the talent but you also need a coach that's a proven winner at the highest level," angle when the coach of your own team has never played for a championship or participated in a playoff game at the highest level.

Deboer has some success. Lane has been around for a while and at some programs that certainly had the means to get it done. I mean USC certainly had the resources.
