Georgia has the best coach so they'd be my pick.

I truly hope that Sark has conquered his personal demons. However, I don't think he has the fortitude to head-coach a team to the championship.

This year's UGA team could make a run. The defense was extremely young last year, and Gunner was a first-year starter.

It hurts my Poke heart to type this, but OU get it together.

Im gonna go Georgia here. Yes Kirby hasnt won a playoff game since 2022 but, they seem to have the Longhorns number. Next I would put LSU

1 -- UGA
2 -- Texas
3 -- LSU
4 -- Ole Miss (this season only) Chambliss
5 -- .....

OP here searching for someone to say LoSerU.

They’re gonna win the natty with a QB who couldn’t break 100 yards against Mississippi state in two consecutive seasons coming off a broken foot with zero time in a new system.

fricking retards man.

It was a soft schedule but then they rolled Ohio State, Alabama, Oregon, and Miami.

There are other advantages to a soft schedule besides wins.
You have more opportunity to rest starters and starters don't have to play as hard against weaker opponents. So when you roll into the post season your team is likely in better physical shape.

I looked at Vanderbilt's schedule, and it wasn't a tough one. They dominated their regular season and finished with a loss to Iowa. If one takes into account, the SEC's Bowls and Playoff performance, the league was soft.

we are not counting on Vanderbilt like you are not counting on Iowa....

You literally are replacing 3 receivers, your TE, and 8 starters on defense. I'm not saying y'all won't be good but when in your entire life has it ever been appropriate to proclaim with confidence that Ole Miss will win the natty in football unless you are a senior citizen?
You know a lot about Ole Miss.

That's a nice way to say they fricking own our asses. Starting to get flashbacks of Stoops tea bagging Mack every year.

Alabama, Georgia and OU get to the CFP more than any other schools in the SEC, so it wouldn't be unreasonable to say the next winner will come from that group.
It won't be Alabama. Texas has the best shot this year. I'll say the winner of the OU-Texas game will be your next national champion.

See I want to believe that, but Georgia is the big dawg. That OU at UGA game looms large, they are 10 point favorites!!!! can we keep it close??
