At the rate texas spends money you have to think it'll be them eventually. I also don't think people are talking nearly enough about what a coup it was to get Muschamp back as DC.

It won't be bama or LSU. I don't think we'll win another one until we get a truly elite game breaker at QB, which who knows when that will be.

One would have to think aTm breaks thru eventually with the amount of money they are throwing at it

I'm not picking Ole Miss but including Bama and LSU while not including a team way more primed this season to win it all is quite a choice.

I'm going to have to see Ole Miss win a national title before I can believe it. I've seen way to many WAOM moments

Has to be Georgia or Texas, no one else is built to win it all unless it is a down season in football.

If Indiana can do it than so can Vanderbilt.

Indiana's 2025 regular season schedule:

Old dominion
kennesaw state
indiana state
illiniois
iowa
oregon
mich state
ucla
maryland
penn state
wisconsin
purdue

I'm not taking away from their postseason success, which obviously was well earned and well deserved. But vandy isn't going to be gifted a JV schedule like that. Vandy also doesn't have the caliber of coach IU does. So no, vandy will not/cannot do it simply becuase indiana did.

It was a soft schedule but then they rolled Ohio State, Alabama, Oregon, and Miami. Outside of Georgia and Texas, Vanderbilt could easily win 10 games and make the playoffs.

I think we (UGA) have a shot this year

Which is exactly why I didn't mention anythign about their postseason succes and only mentiond the charmin soft regular season.

Vanderbilt will simply never have that kind of regular season success, because they are going to be beat to hell after 12 games where a big 10 team generally won't.

Aggies and Horns have to break through at some point with the $ being invested

I think Horns are set up better for this season

Aggies have a lot to replace on both lines and I'm not sure QB Reed can win one

You have to recruit 2-3 deep at each position and develop that talent which is something Cignetti can do and SEC coaches can't.

Yes, Ole Miss has a much better roster than LSU and Bama and has the best QB/RB combo in the nation.

Yet another thing I already pointed out in indiana's favor that vandy doens't have. It's like you haven't even read what I've said.
