Sark is trying to get UT to relax on accepting transfer hours, he went after OM who has done well in the portal as an example. OM is not the only school who doesn't restrict transfer hours, but you are not going say look at Auburn or LSU who have sucked since the portal has started.

The fact that Steve is too stupid to realize this isn’t an academic rigor thing but a “if you want a Texas degree, you have to do the majority of your course work at Texas” thing is just hilarious to me.
