I think it's going to be a great game and emotionally exhausting. LSU's defense looks absolutely legit, while Leavitt has struggled throwing the ball but is very dangerous running the ball. Our defense has been complete arse this year with injuries in our secondary. Trinidad is Trinidad, so he's going to make some great plays.
Having said that, Ole Miss wins by 3 TD's...or LSU wins by 3 TD's. Who the hell knows...
I think both fanbases are ready for this game to happen and be over.

I think LSU will be able to move the ball. They win if Leavitt can protect the ball and they score 6 instead of 3.

I think it's a coin flip game. Both teams have show flashes or being elite, and both have show flashes of being bad. If this thing is close, both teams should have their playoff hopes intact after the week. The margin gets smaller, but the window is hardly closed.
To me, the questions are mostly defensive: can LSU get enough stops, and can Ole Miss get some turnovers? The answer probably decides it.

I don't know what to take from LSU's offense struggling with LT for 2 1/2 quarters last week. Leavitt looks about what I thought he'd look like
I wouldn’t take a lot from this game, theres probably an emotional hangover from the opener and look ahead potential with ole miss being the opponent after LT. Clemson is bad(not sure how bad bc I’m sure they had a hangover too). I’m not sure what to make of lsu other than they look well coached.

I predict a defensive battle, like maybe 17-14 range, going to be a fun one to watch. I honestly give Ole Miss the edge based on being at home and Chambliss being so seasoned. Will be a nail biter, hoping the Tigers can get a key stop or turnover at the end to pull it out though.

It shifted after Vegas saw the week 1 performances. A pick em would be….well a pick em. Not the 60/40 currently in LSUs favor

Ole Miss is the known commodity trying to maintain the standard. If LSU comes in to VH and gets the win, Ole Miss's stock is going to drop real fast.

I didn't realize this. I did see some of the Louisville game, but Louisville is a ranked team and just kind of got hot at the end of the game. They had, what 6 points at the half?
So far, I've been really impressed watching Prince and Dottery at LSU. Would they have been your best 2 defensive players? Who are your impact guys now?

LSU has to be able to handle the initial emotional burst from Ole Miss. They will come out with their hair on fire guaranteed. We have to limit turnovers and not let Chambliss beat us with his legs (something previous Baker Ds have had issues doing). I honestly cannot get a feel for this game. It has too much side drama to make an accurate read. I also have zero clue how good either team is.
