LSU destroyed Les with those allegations—someone please inform me on what those were because I still can’t manage to look them up.

LSU didn’t destroy anything. Les did. C’mon man

Hmmmm interesting. So many done deals in this business. I’ll be interested to see how truthful this is.
Do you ever sit back and ask yourself why someone isn't be linked to a job?

Its usually one of two reasons. Either the Coach or school has no interest or secretly something is being discussed and they are leaking other information to keep the attention off of it.

In this case it would be that Brohm has no interest because of his ties to Louisville. LSU is a better job but that doesn't mean that its a better job to or for him with his connection there. C'mon.

IMO college football is more fun when VT is relevant. Love watching their home games.

I said this about Miami too. I always enjoyed watching those good Miami and VT teams in the 90's and early 2000's.

There is far too much fake information out there to realistically believe anything at this point.

A week ago saban was signing any second now.

Its a coaching search. Nothing is real until the official announcement is made.

re: Lane or Freeman Pecking Order?

Freeman’s name keeps coming up because someone on his side wants it to. Does he just want a raise from ND? Maybe, but you can safely conclude his agent has at least told LSU folks he’s open to listen and has some interest.

Leverage to get some of the changes that was promised when he took the job at ND.
Arkansas is not going to go from Sam Pittman to Ed O. They are basically the same coach just one is an OL Coach and the other is a DL Coach.

Exactly. Throw him the Bank. We ridin with the Lane TRAIN.

There are a few candidates that would do well here. Kiffin doesn't seem like the one that is going to take the job. I still like Eric Morris.

I want to believe but I do not believe.

The timing for us is not the issue. The timing with Lane. In 2021 it made sense for Lane. In 2025 it makes sense for LSU but it doesn't make sense for Lane.

And if he comes here and kills it, I'm 100% ready to eat crow. Just don't see it.

I don't see him coming here due to the timing. The opportunity was there in 2021. This time the timing just doesn't make sense.

Saying he's hurt is to protect NIL dollars. The problem is they literally set him up for everything to succeed this year. Gave him 18. Got him huge NIL deals most likely worth + $7m. Only to have him regress and play uninterested. Meanwhile he's basically had a hand in ruining multiple coaches and administrators.

Kelly and Sloan made their bed. Nuss struggled this season but lets not act like the offensive structure around him was setting him up for success. Their are glaring holes all over the board with the staff and team. Now he deserves criticism for his decision making and bad play but lets not exaggerate and say he was "uninterested" or he ruined the AD and Coaches and he was why they were fired.

He shouldn't have played weeks 2-4 and honestly probably should have been pulled in the Ole Miss game when he was clearly laboring and not able to make the throws. But here we are.
