They don't have to foul you. I know the possessions you are talking about and there is a shot clock. They do not have to foul you. Also, Free Throws have not been our strong suit. Now, should we have burned clock instead of driving to the lane and getting a layup? Sure but its not like it was under thirty seconds and they were going that there was a shot clock that would have left well over 25 seconds left teams do not have to foul you. Also the layup was not "a crazy" shot. The layup was easier than free throws it just didn't burn the clock like they should have. Relax.

There are far more questions and talking points that can be discussed rather than the 5th or 6th option in the outfield. It is far too early to be questioning the lineup card. Especially when every player is getting playing time.
I'm not worried about Cowan. This game is about adjustments yeskie, Jay, and Cowan will make adjustments and he will be fine.

He just needs to continue to have competitive at bats and the work will do itself. He can easily work himself into a first round pick. Love to see players take off in their draft season.
