That’s always been the case. He was brought in to take over in 2027.

Define “desperate”. If you mean they tried to recruit Leavett? Of course they did but I am mot sure what point you are attempting to make here lol he signed with LSU because that was his most lucrative offer not because he has school pride for LSU

Of course Tennessee offered Simpson, he is from the state of Tennessee and his brother is a highly touted recruit. He would be a one year rental like a lot of players. How is this news or difficult to understand?

Hence, he was fired. Hard concept to grasp I guess.

That's weird. OM posters said that Deuce was better than anything LSU got. Is Simpson going to be their QB2?

That’s great your coaching staff obviously did. Not sure why you got so triggered by that statement.

I wonder who all contributed all the money to make last year’s LSU transfer class #1 per 24/7? That had to be disappointing to spend over $20 million on players only to go 7-6.

We have at least 1 billionaire supporting the program.

The "Nauseatingly Politically Correct" BUTTHURTISSISSIPPI Rebel Bear Sharks were desperate to keep the HC, OC, RB Coach, TE Coach, Outside WR Coach, Inside WR Coach, S & C Coach and GM that LSU landed.

It was a Tiger Viking raid, pillage and plunder of the Village of Oxford, then after the Tiger Vikings were done, we dumped our washed up trash RB Coach and an X criminal RB on yall.

He would be insane not to take Miami 's offer. Bama only paying their QB 800k explains why they cant keep talent.

If I was Simpson, I'd surely entertain the offer because he isn't going to make that much by entering the NFL draft. These NIL offers are getting out of control, IMHO.

Om put a big number in REV SHARE on Chambliss to help him have a case. I can see a $4 million Rev and nil value on Ty to make sense.

Who wants to go into a year with a young qb with little experience! Or one that will miss spring in a new offense?

You are definitely the queen of strawman arguments on this board. And that's saying something.

Google strawman if you need help.

So you have to ask yourself what would motivate him to play another season of college ball.
His stock has slumped with Georgia/Indiana tape. And, he's not going to test well. I still think he should declare. But, he may want to bet on himself.

LMAO.
Even after he committed to LSU for a 6.2 million contract but he hadn't actually signed the contract until last night , Tenn was offering him $6.75 million. Tenn was definitley desperate and you say "Lsu over spending' LOL

Tennessee didn’t offer him or anyone 6.75 million. They don’t spend like that in the portal for a single recruit
