The last time Notre Dame and LSU played... Notre Dame won a chicken wing eating contest. 25-19.
I would dare say it was the lowest point of LSU football. I can understand why Les Miles had to go after that.
Now, say what you will about Coach O, but by God there is no way his team loses a chicken wing eating contest.

I just told this story recently, about the ND fan in the student section @ Tiger Stadium in 96 or 97...the more we floundered, the more obnoxious he got, eventually attracting the attn of the entire section with his ever-increasing rudeness and potty-mouth.
By the 4th, we had had enough and some baw decided to improve this douche's apparel with a watered-down Jack & coke. The wuss just stood there and took it, staring his assailant down the whole while. He tried like Hell, but it's not easy to appear menacing as 32 oz. of anything are slow-poured over your head as everyone else cheers and laughs...
It was tres pathetic.
Someone next to me offered napkins and a valid query, "Why would you wear ND gear, talk shite, and sit in our student section?" Ripping the naps out of her hand, he blasts her with:
"I AM an LSU student, Bitch!!!"
Ya boy left a trail of blood, tears and snot as security carried him (and only him, lulz) out about 35 seconds later.
And the ss cheered louder during his exit than at any other point in the game. Good times.

There is no more of an overrated program than ND. Beating them isn’t a big deal and hasn’t been a big deal in decades. Georgia fans thought they were playing in the Super Bowl going up there
