I don't know what Lane will do but Knox wouldn't need to come down now 1 way or another. He has been to BR a couple of times this year.

Again, Layla and Knox were in Gainesville yesterday. Now, Layla's grandmother lives there so they could've been visiting family as well. I'm just saying that people close to Lane visiting somewhere doesn't necessarily mean he's coaching their school.

Man, I quietly pull for Lane. But this is horseshite, if true. And it has nothing to do with LSU. I feel for the players, even the over paid ones and fans.

Florida over the past decade, despite all their "we have better recruits, facilities, etc has a LOWER win percentage in football than Ole Miss in the SEC.
I'm not saying Kiffin wouldn't be successful there but LSU is a much better job especially their NIL and base of recruiting in Louisiana.
Kiffin could win multiple National championships at LSU, they should be a top 5 team every year.
The only schools like LSU are Georgia and Alabama everyone else is second tier despite what they want to believe. It sucks but I get it..

ND was on their way to a playoff when LSU took Kelly.
LSU is one of a handful of teams that has the natural advantages and resources to get in the playoff almost every year. I'm glad we still swing for the fences.
